Customer support
Customers have access to their account in the system. They can register themselves in the system or courses. They can make excuses for lessons. If they meet the set conditions, they can choose alternative lessons. The system can only offer adequate replacement lessons to the customer.
Cancellation and rebooking
Easy management of lesson occupancy, efficient use of pool capacity. In the system you can set the number of accepted refunds, the number of excuses, the time until which an excuse can be made. Includes special "pre-reservation" function and much more
Billing module
The customer logs in online and the system creates a payment prompt with a QR code. Includes payment import, automatic payment matching, debtor reminders, payment schedules and much more

Regular courses - customers attend regular classes. One time events - customers can sign up for camps, trainings, weekend events... Package orders - customers purchase a number of credits and then select available dates on the calendar.
